Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct

We realize that no code can address all ethical situations.
We agree, though, that we will observe both the letter and
spirit of this code in order to achieve the highest
level of professional ethics and conduct.

Intent: to foster and maintain the trust of our customers,
clients and colleagues.

Purpose: to establish guidelines of ethical business conduct.

Scope: this code applies to all members of the GRBG
without exception.

It is the obligation and pledge of all GRBG members to
conform to the highest possible professional standards
and to conduct themselves in a manner that will reflect
positively on the group and its members.

All GRBG members will treat their colleagues and clients
with dignity, respect and courtesy.

Members pledge to treat all clients with honesty and fairness
and to promptly address any and all customer concerns.

No one shall do anything to damage the credibility of
other GRBG members or the group itself.

Business referrals will be made to group members
without compensation.

Any violations of this code shall be immediately reported to
the GRBG Board.

Violations and/or refusal to comply with this code
may be grounds for dismissal from GRBG.
