The Gold River Business Groups raises $5,500.00 to benefit the St. Mel’s Technology Expansion Program

On May 13th, 2010 the Gold River Business Group held its third annual Passport to Gold River event at the Sunrise Event Center.  Over 200 people enjoyed a great evening featuring 16 premium wines from Napa Valley wineries with wonderful food and dessert pairings and a lively jazz band and dancing.  The overwhelming positive feedback with the event translated into $5,500 raised for the benefit of St. Mel’s Technology Expansion Program.  More money was raised in this one evening than the previous two Passport events combined.  We are currently planning the 2012 Passport event and look forward to continued success in supporting our community and its local business owners.
